The rug is gorgeous and is exactly as described. It is nice and heavy - higher quality than I was expecting.
The problem is that before ordering, I asked if it can be delivered by August 5th at the latest, so it would be in place before an event. The shop assured me that it would arrive by August 5.
After much back and forth, the rug arrived September 10th, over a month late.
Trying to coordinate on shipping was extremely difficult. I tried to get it delivered within specific dates, but that was not possible. Since it was going to be delivered during a week where no one would be present, I attempted to change the delivery date through UPS. UPS needed the shop to change the delivery date because it was under their phone number - they couldn't in time.
The rug was then left outside overnight until I could find someone to get it.
