I ordered a sample rug. While it was being made the seller kept in touch about progress and it arrived within just a few days of completion. The quality is excellent. The seller answers messages really quickly and is very helpful. Custom sizes can be ordered. I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent quality and craftsmanship. The wool is slightly scratchy, but for the most part it's comfortable on bare feet, and I am happy knowing it's a natural material. The rug looks just like the photos, and the custom size we ordered fits our space just as we hoped. Shipping to the Northeast US from India was very quick, but I wasn't anticipating the additional customs fee. Overall I'm very happy with my new rug. Thank you!
