How long does it take to receive my rug?

• Ready-to-Ship Rugs: 10-15 days total (3-5 days processing + 7-10 days shipping)
• Made-to-Order Rugs: 17-70 days total (10-60 days production based on size + 7-10 days shipping)
• Custom Orders: 37-70 days total (30-60 days production + 7-10 days shipping)

Why does production take so long?

Each rug is handcrafted from start to finish, which is a time-intensive process. The production time varies based on the size, complexity, and quality of the rug. Larger and more intricate designs naturally require more time to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Will I receive updates on my order?

Yes! We'll send you an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. For made-to-order and custom rugs, we'll keep you updated on the production progress. Once your rug ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can monitor its journey to your home.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

For ready-to-ship rugs, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement. For made-to-order and custom rugs, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
