Production & Processing Times

Made-to-Order Rugs

Our made-to-order rugs are handcrafted specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Production time varies based on the size and complexity of your chosen rug:

• Small to Medium Rugs: 10-30 days
• Large Rugs: 30-45 days
• Extra Large or Complex Designs: 45-60 days

Ready-to-Ship Rugs

Our ready-to-ship collection features beautifully crafted rugs that are already completed and in stock. These rugs are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement, allowing you to enjoy your new rug sooner.

Custom Orders

We welcome custom orders and are happy to bring your unique vision to life. For custom designs, production time typically ranges from 30-60 days depending on the specifications, size, materials, and complexity of your design. Our team will provide you with a detailed timeline estimate before you confirm your custom order.

Shipping Times & Delivery
